Explicit G0/G1 Line Starts #679

Hi,
The Gcode format works well for RRF and I've done many successful cuts with it, so thank you for creating such an awesome tool.
However in Klipper (which I've recently moved to) there is an expectation for explicit G0 and G1 line starts. All lines without them are thrown up as unrecognised commands.
Would love to see a simple tick-box to force explicit line starts. For now I expect I'll make a post-processor.
