bug: Lightning Rod becomes “corrupted” after breaking — cannot place, drop, or move

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join the server in Survival.
2. Craft a Lightning Rod.
3. Place the Lightning Rod on a block.
4. Break the Lightning Rod (normal mining).
5. Pick up the dropped Lightning Rod.
