Can not import Neural_Decoding #21
Description
The neural_decoding and necessary dependencies were installed.
These bits of codes could run, on the first time. However, after one error and I restarted python kernel and came back to run these, outputs were turning into different outputs:
The error was in these two codes, which didn't run through (Timed out) when the first time and I turned back to check. (The outputs are quite different from previous ones)
The outcome is that, every time I want to import Neural_decoding, it won't work and will time out.
