Show the fee (dex fee + tx fee) when buy or sell

If the UI can show the fee when buy or sell, it will be easier for people to understand the total coins need in his wallet, to avoid there's no matching UTXO.
Centralized exchange site also show how much fee needed and the fee percentage.
