Can gpoint be used to share GPS data with clients on e.g. MacOs / IOS

Hi,
one slightly off-topic question. Is there a availalble solution to share GPS data with a client on MacOS / IOS / PC so that the Location services of those OS's appear to have the precise location informatin from the router? E.g. for using maps services like google maps.
I though Traccar / Wialon would do that but now that I read it I think they work the other way around.

Now the data is sent from the device to Traccar / Wialon services, for example Wialon has a mobile client for IOS.

• Do I understand correctly that you need to receive data from the router about its location?
• Do you have the ability to remotely connect to the device via VPN or public IP?

both questions can be answered with "yes". The router is used in a mobile setup. My phone has it's own GPS receiver but Tablet / PC / Notebook all suffer from not existing location information. That's why I though your great software could provide the location information for my non GPS devices.

I apologize for the late reply. Currently, the software has implemented the function of providing information from the client (router) to the server via several GNSS protocols. The server part (traccar, wialon for example) already supports display and storage of device data. A separate application for the implementation of remote display of information was not planned since there was no such request and everyone uses a single service for their devices, be it trackers or IOT. In your case, I can suggest looking at ubus, where you can get json with data via a remote procedure and then use it for your needs.

If you have any suggestions, I am ready to consider them and possibly implement them in the future.
