B: Steps to Care - Wrong Link in Care Entry with different configuration

Expected Behavior

If you setup Care Entry on a different page, other than having the Care Dashboard page as parent the notification email sends the right link. It needs a setting to set what page the dashboard is on for the email.

Current Behavior

Right now if you setup the Care Entry page under a different parent page, say "Support Pages" (if you put the dashboard on the home page and don't want other child pages under the home page) it will send a link out to the "Support Pages" page because it is the parent page of Care Entry.

Steps to Reproduce

Please provide detailed steps for reproducing the issue.

1. Setup Care Dashboard on one page
2. Setup Care Entry on a page where the dashboard isn't the parent
3. Enter a new care need and assign it to yourself (you should get an "assigned" email) and the dashboard page link/lava field will be wrong.

Context

Please provide any relevant information about your setup. This is important in case the issue is not reproducible except for under certain conditions.
