B: Steps to Care - Care Workers - Multiple Campus Grid Display

Expected Behavior

The Campus column of the Care Workers grid should display campus names of the campuses set for a configured care worker.

Current Behavior

If one campus is selected for a configured care worker, the campus name of the campus displays in the care worker grid. If more than one campus is selected for a configured worker, a comma separated list of campus ids of the campuses is displayed rather than the campus names.

Steps to Reproduce

Please provide detailed steps for reproducing the issue.

1. Click the Settings button (gear icon) on the Steps To Care dashboard to access the Care Configuration page.
2. Add or edit a care worker, configuring them to have more than one Campus selected.
3. Save the care worker, and note the display of the Campus column for that worker.
