F: Steps to Care Contact Information Security #152
Description
We should consider how to secure each piece of information with security within Steps to Care, can a user click on the person's name to get to person detail, is there any other data that should be locked down, when they mouseover should they be able to see spouse, address, photo, email, phone, etc.
