Add minimalist audit trail for BHV security.

Hi @pradeeban and @mdxabu, I recently worked on the admin notification system, and I've been thinking about adding a minimal audit trail to track admin actions like uploads or deletions to have better traceability. Is this a feature you think would benefit BHV or would you prefer I focus on other useful features. I'd really appreciate your feedback on this before contributing further.

Understood @pradeeban, I'll hold off on Audit trail for now to keep the core minimal and focus on polishing notification system and fuzzing logic.
