Upgrading Blog To Main `juliahealth.org` Website

Since, JuliaHealth's website and the blog is still in its starting phase we should probably merge them both at a single point.

That way, we won't have the overhead of maintaining multiple different code repos. Additionally, since quarto has quite a set of features atleast for initial stages we can use it.

After we get more traction and have people who are willing to contribute we can think of maybe separating it again or just rewrite the code again in some other tools/package.

Yea, quarto has not only a bunch of nice features, but also is rather straightforward to maintain and grow over time. I foresee it as being a great platform at the moment and one that should scale to our community.

Since, JuliaHealth's website and the blog is still in its starting phase we should probably merge them both at a single point.

In my mind, what I see as the most important tasks here immediately are:

• Identify what content to migrate over from the old website
• Determine where to place content on the new website
• Have a better landing page on the blog
• Transfer the blog to the main website when ready

I think these tasks can be broken out into separate issues or PRs. As I know your work @Hetarth02 , feel free to just begin opening PRs into the blog here and I can or @JaredSchwartz can start with reviewing PRs. We can use this issue to continue discussion or think through problems/questions.
