Parent field - Pagination problem through Children limiter

Szenario:
Section 1 (Items)

• child field 'Owner' links to Section 2 (Person)
• section list template 'items' mit 5 records per page

Section 2 (Person)
parent field parameter under 'Show Children':

• Article list template override in full article view = 'item_list_small'
• Limit list in record full = 44
• Limit list in record list = 22

if I go to Section2 , Record full , it shows the correct number of records (up to 44, depending on availability).
Now if I go back to section 1, it will also display 44 records here in record list view, even though my setting is 5 records per page.

The problem comes from the pagination setting. when I check the $this->pagination , I get the 44 records here. so the setting is not properly updated.

Earlier in the set the number to 0 to display all possible records, but the consequence was that it wants to show also all records in section 1 (4,139) which created a memory problem and it stopped working - so I had to log in again.

The pagination should be set properly for every list template.
