Several lint checks not working in Kotlin files, but working ok in Java files

Lint rules highlighted ok for LogNotTimber

Also, partially highlighted for TimberArgCount and TimberArgTypes

But for StringFormatInTimber, ThrowableNotAtBeginning, BinaryOperationInTimber, TimberTagLength, TimberExceptionLogging

But in .java files it works ok for every rule, except TimberTagLength

When the lint rule is copied in the project and rune as custom lint rule as part of the project, it requires some migration for error level deprecations. After fixing those function calls, it works.
I cannot verify if it is because of deprecated code or because inlined lint rule in project.
