PI user must exist before install (possibly only if using Kiosk)

Had to do a fresh install and ran in to this error

mkdir: cannot create directory '/home/pi/.cache' : no such file or directory
I tracked this to the PI user not being set up by default so I created the user and reran the script, completed with no errors.

I very vaguely remember this being documented somewhere when I did my initial install but could not find where when I went looking this time.

Maybe a documentation update? (or link to the existing one I could not find)

Thanks for reporting this. I'll look into it and how to fix it. We use this directory, but it might be better placed in the /opt/openrowingmonitor directory (as it needs to store the firefox settings/profile).
