Add library refresh to remove deleted ROMs #72
Description
When users delete ROM files from disk and re-scan, ROMie only adds new files but doesn't remove the deleted ones from the database. Currently have to delete entire system library and re-import to clean up.
What needs to happen
Add a "refresh library" option that scans existing ROM file paths in the database and removes entries where the file no longer exists on disk.
Could be:
- Manual "Refresh" button
- Automatic check during import/scan
- Checkbox option "Remove missing files" during scan
Done when
Deleted ROM files are automatically or manually removed from the database without having to delete and re-import everything.
