URGENT!How to add velodyne LiDAR to the drone.

Does anyone know how to add velodyne LIDAR to the drone. I am trying to use velodyne LiDAR with this drone, i tried to modify the sdf file for the LIDAR that the original repo has but when i launch the simulation, the velodyne LiDAR is not rotating. Please help.
