Slim DICOM Tag Browser shows raw form of DICOMweb encoded PersonName (PN) VR rather than decoding it

E.g., for PatientName, displays:

{"Alphabetic":"C3L-00452"}

rather than:

C3L-00452

Expected behavior is just to show the string value of the Alphabetic object esp. if it is the only component group present (+/- for international users, the Ideographic and Phonetic might be better formatted, when/if they are also present)

I will test if this is still happening in the updated Slim as part of my testing of other developments. What we have in the portal is not the latest version. Thank you David!
