Title: Broken links to Issues and Pull Requests in Contribution documentation

Description:

In the Neuroshapes Contribution documentation, the links pointing to Issues and Pull Requests are not working.

Documentation page:
https://incf.github.io/neuroshapes/docs/gettingstarted/contribution.html

Problem:

• The links intended to redirect users to the project’s Issues and Pull Requests pages do not navigate correctly / are broken.

Expected behavior:

• The Issues link should redirect to the Neuroshapes GitHub Issues page.
• The Pull Requests link should redirect to the Neuroshapes GitHub Pull Requests page.

Impact:
This may confuse new contributors, as they cannot easily find where to report issues or submit PRs from the contribution guide.
