Standalone BIDS converter

Hi @TheChymera,

Have a question... I do not have access to a Gentoo environment. Our HPC is Centos07 and I've read through all the deps etc., that are required and it seems like building SAMRI in our environment would be more cumbersome than needed.

I would very much like to convert my data to a BIDS compliant format and was wondering if your bru2bids functions can function in a standalone sort of way. It doesn't look -- based on what I saw -- that there is anything terribly OS-specific about your converter.

One possible wrinkle: We are using ParaVision 360 v 2.0. I've tried brkraw for converting and it throws errors so I'm not sure if this version of PV is inducing some unnecessary issues.

Any thoughts you have would be great.
