[feature request] Please include support for TimelineProperties #10
Description
Currently, this foobar2000 extension doesn't report the current track position via GlobalSystemMediaTransportControlsSessionTimelineProperties; therefore, it is impossible for third party applications relying on it to know at which point in time the track playback is, currently.
This is especially important to provide, for example, synchronized lyrics support. I noticed this behaviour (or rather, lack thereof) while adding Windows support to my own lyrics and control app, which can be used to test if the TimelineProperties implementation is working.
