[Bug-Report] harvestTool('tool', level) is completely broken

Describe the bug
When using harvestTool('tool', level) in the block builder, the level aspect doesn't do anything (it's always 0) and it seems like the only tool allowed is pickaxe, for example if I write shovel the block doesn't take any tool

Expected behavior
To behave the way it did in original Kubejs that level is taken into account and the 4 tools can be used

There's no harvestTool in KubeJS for 1.16, try .tool("some_type", level)

And will it report "member not found" or similar errors in the logs? If not, there's likely to be another new issue.

I will check out your suggestion soon, but I can say that the same code using harvestTool, as by the wiki, works in original Kubejs. https://wiki.latvian.dev/link/4#bkmrk-material%28%27material%27%29

If I use .tool("some_type", level) it gives me this error:

if I use .harvestTool there's no Error or Warning in the kubejs startup log

block builder🤯turns out I was mistaking BlockBuilder for ItemBuilder. I will do some more research soon
