Add jupyter notebooks for example 024

Example 024-aggregated-compute-ensemble, for which the implementation has already started, demonstrates creating instances that generate synthetic data and which will use the associated portal for analytics. Currently, the instances run; this issue concerns adding the jupyter notebooks to do the analytics.
