[Tech Debt] Upgrade rollup to v4 #511
Description
Current rollup is 2 major versions behind the latest rollup version
-Upgrade rollup to v4
-Check for any breaking changes moving from v2 to v4
Acceptance criteria:
- Able to Build package
- Able to Run tests
- Able to Run storybook
- Able to Run chromatic
- Published an rc version and test the package to ensure output is not broken
