Support for Optimizely 12

I've forked and ported the plugin to Optimizely 12

You can check out the repo and push it to an empty new repo after changing the origin like this:
git remote set-url origin https://github.com/Geta/geta-optimizely-indexcontentinfind.git

We also have an additional feature which now is possible from the gui in find but the client wanted in their solution either way:
