Remove DataTypes from CLI + Implement Action Caching #168

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we run tests for more than 10 mins. Make use of the opensource-test action in order to make the tests run faster (it has docker compose already implemented).
Anyone who takes this issue on should firstly make sure the testing action already exists in opensource-actions, and if not implement it please!
