Selenium Grid for Backend #154

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We do not have a Selenium Grid service for the backend, both in local and deployed environments. This is required for browser automation tasks we plan on doing in the future.
Describe the solution you'd like
Setup Selenium Grid in docker-compose as a service. Deploy a Selenium Grid instance in production, along with scalable browser nodes. Discuss with brother how we can achieve this.
