Add scripts to perform exhaustive checks on APIs #25

Feature description
It's usually fairly straightforward (just slow) to run regbot over every data point from an API. We should have a script to do this so we can manually check for accuracy/errors.
Use case
It's not feasible to check every time, but we're more likely to check for errors if we have a script that does it with a single command.
