Research VLM API 1.1 additions to variant search and caf response

Larry will talk to the VLM tech leads to find out what additional variant searching is being considered (e.g. vrs id, hgvs, etc..).

The VLM spec currently doesn't have a CAF structure (no denominator, no sense of frequency within cohort). Ask VLM techs if they can go this way with the response for v1.1
