HOOTLTest Preset Should Not Set CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE #85
Description
Need to find a way to build tests for Release/Debug/etc along with code for the board, since this obfuscates how presets should work.
This will be mostly research and part implementation
Currently it works, but it would be nice to be correct with this
