Kickstart CCU

Setup CCU in the monorepo and get it ready for further tasks.

Configure pins and such as best as possible using the current information in Altium... but it may change so save the ioc file somewhere as well if used.

GR26 CCU is running on GR25 Big Bird.

Timeline

Ideally finish before winter break to allow further work on setting it up similar to #141
