Prepare for CAN Bus Failure #132

Plan each board for different CAN failure modes

  • Bus saturated (limited messages)
  • Bus oversaturated (no messages)
  • CAN disconnect
  • Message error (eg CRC)
  • Board unresponsive / refusing ping
  • Buffers full

Verify consistently able to meet control frequency/communication requirements for critical systems, even in the event of failure of other non critical systems in the car (e.g. sensors going down, bus load spikes, etc)
