Monitored values become inaccurate after ~10 minutes #561

I'm trying to use PresentMon 2.4.0 in windowed mode on my second monitor. I'm running into an issue where the monitoring becomes useless after about 10 minutes. It suddenly starts reporting very low framerates that jump up and down from about 10fps to 100fps, even if I'm getting a steady 200+fps. Occasionally during this regression the monitored values all get "frozen" for a minute as though it is detecting no changes in the values it got stuck at. If I close and reopen PresentMon it returns to normal behavior for the next 10 minutes until it regresses again.

This happens in multiple games tested and I've tried reinstalling the application and ensured that no other monitoring software (RTSS, HWInfo64, etc.) is running at the same time.

I was initially using a custom monitoring loadout, but for testing I tried the default presets and they all seem to demonstrate the same issue. I've also tried lowering the data polling rate.
