How to Integrate an OpenAI chatbot with my AutoGain Program #5

Hello,
to anyone and everyone who is willing to help in any way, I am a beginner programmer and i have written a program for Automating Gain-Staging (this is useful for music production and movie audio etc) now what i am imagining is a chat interface to further automate the process by interacting with openAI and "parsing"? the keywords into commands that the computer can understand, and then it should find the specified files from the prompt and move them to the preprocess folder within the workbench of the soundsage project directory before sending a signal to begin processing? I think? i have put a lot of time and effort into trying to figure this out but i really need some experts to throw some knowledge my way before i can actually implement any of this
