[Question]: Bitrate : Pre-Processing Component

I may have missed it in the PreProcessing Doc, but what are these options for:

AMF_PP_TARGET_BITRATE

AMF_PP_ADAPTIVE_FILTER_ENABLE

The strength and quality all make sense and i understand roughly what they are doing. What relevance does the target bitrate have however? There is a default of 2000000 bit.

Follow up question, would it make sense to adjust the bitrate down for encoding with low bitrates?

Also, the Adaptive Filter, is this a scene based/black based filter or something completly different?
