Make it possible to add players mid qualifying heat #137
Description
- Do not require a unique grid for each player (in loneliness heats always use first grid for everyone, in non-loneliness anyone added after the last grid uses the final grid)
- Make it possible to add a driver to a running qualifying heat, loading them on the appropriate grid, starting them with the appropriate amount of time (they should not have full qualifying length), allow them to qualify as normal.
