Codecast upload waiting time not showing consistently

When recording a codecast, and uploading it for the first time, we can see the upload waiting time before it gives us the "lecture" and "edit" urls.

Somehow, after editing a codecast with the "edit" url, when uploading the changes with a different name, the waiting time is not shown after clicking the upload button. The problem is: in order for the new urls to be correctly generated, one must wait enough time before they change, WITHOUT touching anything. For a long codecast, this can take up to a few minutes, and the upload wait time is invisible.
