Volatile partitioning into water column

Feature description

Like volatile dissolution into magma, gasses also partition into water, e.g., CO2 is thought to acidify the Hadean oceans. This can change ocean pH on the early Earth and change atmospheric abundances on ocean exoplanets, e.g., Hyceans.

Preferred solution

Introduce a new partition function that not only accounts for magmas, but also for other liquid columns. This should be handled on the level of the in-/outgassing, preferably within atmodeller once it is incorprated.
