9.0 Reinstantiate subgraph information collection #5

what should we collect in neos 9 though? this way we havent gained much ^^
it seems that we can extract similar information from the global SubgraphCachePool in 9.0
that will be especially possible via neos/neos-development-collection#5512 as we have all subgraph instances at hand!
