Problem with Entra authentication - app not found

Hello,

I just tried your wonderful project, but I'm not able to get it to work. When I try to upload a package I receive the following Entra error (after successful authentication):

AADSTS700016: Application with identifier 'd1ddf0e4-d672-4dae-b554-9d5bdfd93547' was not found in the directory 'XXX 365'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.

I have tested everything on two separated Windows 11 machines.

Any suggestions?
