Add a check for FFACE version. #104

Easiest may be to adjust the Program table and add a line for the version of FFACE. Check with h1pp0 or whomever if they can push the version when they update, or what sort of scraping might be best there.
Perhaps a simple cron scrape once a day would be best, perhaps just uploading people's fface version if it's newer.
Make the popup version message more versatile. Something that can pop up arbitrary messages if updated maybe.
