🧐 review/edit Pipeline Preconfig details + flowcharts for accuracy #93

Needed: The pipeline preconfig details and mermaid charts included in the current version of the website have not yet been reviewed for accuracy regarding C-PAC functionality, they are mainly general outlines/placeholders.
How to Contribute:
- Create a new branch for your additions
- Add your content changes in the corresponding yaml for the page being edited
- Open a content-related PR that targets the appropriate preconfig yaml to suggest changes.
