Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Open 1:1 chat
3. Create a IOU
4. Open the IOU
5. Send a mention using new gmail account
6. Tap invite to chat only in whisper
7. Logout
8. Login in with account used in step 5
9. Open the chat from search

Expected Result:

In IOU, for invited to chat user "from" must not be shown.

Chat must be shown in LHN.

Actual Result:

In IOU, for invited to chat user "from" is shown.

Chat is not shown in LHN.

What is the root cause of that problem?

• Bug 1: In IOU, for invited to chat user "from" is shown:
  The issue is caused by the following logic :
  

  App/src/libs/ReportUtils.ts

  Lines 6208 to 6210 in f961f86

  	if (isIOUReport(report)) {
  	return {reportName: reportOwnerDisplayName ?? ''};
  	}

  
  This logic always returns the reportName for IOU report case

• Bug 2: Chat is not shown in LHN:
  The chat not showing in the LHN is a backend issue. It doesn't set the correct notification preference.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

• Bug 1: In IOU, for invited to chat user "from" is shown:
  Remove the logic

  App/src/libs/ReportUtils.ts

  Lines 6208 to 6210 in f961f86
