ToDo

Write a converter able to injest data from https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/Monolayer_data_for_heterostructure/22344571 and produce a material structure according to ESSE. And repeat to produce the opposite as well.

Notes

Implement as part of the src/py subfolder.
