Installation documentation for cTrader (references and cTrader 4.2 support) #10
Description
cTrader 4.2 includes .NET 6.0 and for legacy 4.x support.
Documentation needs to be updated to include:
- Adding the indicator requires the System.Windows.Forms reference (for MessageBox)
- On cTrader 4.2 indicator should be built using ".NET Framework 4.x (legacy)"
