Plugin: Vertical layout #220

Correo plugin does not support switching to vertical layouts.
In #209 a layout was defined for vertical layouts and should be implemented now.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Correo vertical layout is implemented.
- When the user drags the toolwindow to the right side of intellij the layout should switch from horizontal to vertical.
- If the user drags the toolwindow back the layout should switch back to horizontal orientation.
