VP Portal: L2 resources are not responding

L2 search results are not showing. 

Steps to reproduce

- Login at https://vp.erdera.org/ at using LS-AAI
- Perform search for "neuroblastom"
- The results page shows "Record Level Results" are loading; however we do not see any results. 

The request reveals a Javascript error in the console.
