Deprecate the image strategy

The DLite image plugin in the TEM example is faster and has more functionality. Better to use that via the `parse` and `generate` strategies than having to maintain a separate image strategy (with no support for generate).

This requires that the image plugin in the TEM example in dlite will be changed from an example-specific plugin to one of the default plugins.
