Indicate which languages to show by default #10
Description
I very often use the custom selection of languages, e.g. http://quest.ms.mff.cuni.cz:5001/textflow/menu/en/cs/no/pl/hu/sr/de
However, when all these languages are shown at startup, the screen is too cluttered for the lay user.
If would be great to add one more flag (e.g. ?show=cs,en) so that only some of the available languages would be selected at the beginning.
