As a Kainos employee I want to be able to book a place on a course So that I can attend it **Acceptance criteria:** - Employee will supply their name and email address to be booked onto the course - Employee will be added to the list of attendees for that course - The number of attendees on the course will increase by 1 - Email address is validated
