New version of RPI-OS (bookworm 6.6.62) does not run /etc/rc.local, auto-expand fails

Is there any fix for that one? My newly created Raspberry Image is not expanded any more

@Apflkuacha there are a few options I figured out.

1. If you copy the new image to the SD card using rpi-imager app it does auto expand
2. You can use rpi-config to expand manually after copying the image over
3. You can write a service that runs the auto-expand code

i figured out that on my new installed image i had to do following step as mentioned in the docs, no clue why I didn't need it in my previous image Enabled /etc/rc.local Compatibility.
