While underwater, Hearts collected by Whimsical Star does not replenish Air

Describe the bug
Characters with an air supply (don't know if it is with Air Tank item or not) with a Whimsical Star equipped, while underwater, their air supply does not replenish if the Star collects Hearts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In a run, acquire Whimsical Star. Equip it.
2. Attack enemies underwater for some Hearts.
3. Pay attention to the air supply underwater, collect Hearts yourself, then let the Star collect Hearts.
4. Know the difference: Air replenishes ONLY by the player. The Star recovers player's health, but NOT air supply.
